Drinking V8 isn't actually as healthy to drink as one might think, each can packs over 800 mg of sodium.  Something to keep in mind when grabbing one from the fridge.

Hey Little Fatties!  Tell your parents to stop feading you fast foods!  I f you keep eating that way you'll look like them when you get older!  Think about it.  One double quarter pounder from McDonalds carries 42 grams of fat, that's twice the amount needed in a single day!

FRANK SARDISCO

He's my old Art Teacher from Moorpark College.  I had heard from a friend that he had died this year.  He taught Drawing and Composition, Life Drawing as well as other art classes.  He was a sicilian that loved to talk about the roses from his garden and never understood why a Canvas painted with the color pink on it sold for $50,000.  My condolences go out to his family and want them to know that he will be missed and it is because of him that I do what I do.  The one thing I do remember him saying to the class when it came to drawing was...        "Draw what you see."
